StudentVue Technical Issue

StudentVue Technical Issue

Dear Students and Parents,

We are aware of an issue with the Synergy StudentVue app that is causing some mobile users to receive an emergency alert when they log in to StudentVue. At this point, it appears to only affect Android devices, which had an update yesterday, December 20, 2018.

We want to let you know that there is not an emergency on any of our campuses, and we are working closely with the software company to resolve this issue.

We recommend all users not update their StudentVUE apps at this time. If you have already done so, you will likely encounter the emergency alert and find StudentVue unusable. Uninstalling and reinstalling StudentVue will not resolve the issue at this time.

We will be in touch when a resolution is in place. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Synergy Support Help Desk at
