North Sashabaw Teachers Win Cash for Class

Students and staff at North Sashabaw Elementary School were surprised today by the Channel 955 Mojo in Morning radio show! Third grade teacher, Mrs. Sandi Larkins, won $1,000 from the Moran Automotive Group for her classroom as part of the contest, "Mojo's Cash for Class." As part of the contest, Mrs. Larkins was able to pay it forward and she nominated fifth grade teacher Mrs. Adriane Peterka, who also won $1,000 for her classroom!

When asked why she chose Mrs. Peterka, Mrs. Larkins said, "Our school district is into wellness, and she and I are accountability partners to check in with each other and see how we're doing."

North Sashabaw Elementary School Principal Jennifer Johnson said, "This is such exciting news and we are thrilled and thankful for this money and all that it will do to support our kids!"
