From the Classroom to the Cloud: Virtual Program Forms

Update (March 24, 2020): Due to the Michigan Department of Education advisory that online learning conducted during this time period will not count toward instructional days, there is no longer a need for these virtual program forms, and the links have been removed. Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility as we navigate this new path together.

Dear Clarkston Community Schools Families,

In this letter you will find the links to three documents: the K-5 Educational Development Plan (EDP), the 6-12 Educational Development Plan (EDP) and the Virtual Learning Contract. These are the documents that Superintendent Shawn Ryan referred to in his earlier letters regarding continued online learning.

To expedite the process of collecting these documents we have created Google Forms for you to complete. Below are links for a K-5 EDP, 6-12 EDP, as well as a Virtual Learning Contract.

  • K-5 EDP - This form is no longer available
  • 6-12 EDP - This form is no longer available
  • Virtual Learning Contract - This form is no longer available

If you have any questions about these forms, please contact Director of Special Programs Ken Janczarek at kpjanczarek@clarkston.k12.mi.us.

Sincerely,

Nancy Mahoney
Assistant Superintendent, Instructional Services
