The CCS Board of Education has scheduled a Closed Session meeting for the purpose of discussing negotiations. The meeting will begin in open session at 4pm on Thursday, March 26, through a virtual Google Meeting. Below is the link to "join" the portion of the meeting open to the public.

You may choose to join via phone or Hangouts Meet. If joining by phone, simply call the number listed and enter the PIN provided. You will then be connected to the audio portion of the meeting. If joining via Hangouts Meet, click on the link provided. You will then be taken to a new window. Click the "Join Now" button on the right side of the screen. You may choose to have your device camera on or off, but please mute your microphone. You will see these options at the bottom of your screen, shown by the microphone and camera icons. If closed captioning is needed, you will see an icon for this feature at the bottom of your screen as well. If you are joining the Hangouts Meet on a smartphone, you will see the closed caption icon at the top right of your screen.
If you wish to address the board at the time provided for public comment, please use the comment section within the Hangouts Meet. You will see this icon at the top right of your screen. Click on this icon and type in your question. If you are using a phone to call in to the meeting, you may address the board at the public comment section of the meeting. Your question/comment will be shared with the full board.
Please remember, this meeting will begin at 4pm with a short opening session. The board will then move into closed session to discuss negotiations. This portion is not open to the public. There will be no action taken during the closed session. The board will return to open session at the end of their discussion and then adjourn.
