Technology Device Distribution Schedule Change

Technology Device Distribution Schedule Change

Due to the delayed delivery of our last shipment of Chromebooks, we are moving back the Groups 3-4 technology device distribution dates, which were originally scheduled for September 16-17 and September 23-24. You will receive further communication from your building with the rescheduled pick-up dates and times. (Other supplies may still be picked up according to the schedule your building has shared.)

In the meantime, we will continue to provide devices on a priority needs basis. For those students who do not have a usable device, please complete this form to reserve your device.

As a reminder, we will not be swapping any Spring-issued Chromebooks unless there is a technical issue. The devices distributed in the Spring were newly purchased with bond dollars and offer the same up-to-date features as the shipment we are expecting.

We assure you that all students will eventually receive a district-issued device to use at school and home. This staggered delivery approach allows us greater control of the distribution process and ensures a smooth and simple curbside pick-up for you.
