Young Fives & Kindergarten

Enrollment Information for 2025-2026
Kindergarten
- Children five years old before September 1 of the current year.
- Child resides in Clarkston
- Full-day Kindergarten offers students a rich curriculum with time to explore, create, socialize and learn. This program is held at each elementary school and transportation is provided for in-district students.
Young Fives
- If a child turns five years old between June 1– August 31, 2025, he/she is eligible to attend our Young Fives program.
- Students turning five years old between September 1 and December 1 attend our Young Fives
- Child resides in Clarkston
- Young Fives offers students opportunities to grow and learn through a play-based curriculum. Young Fives is a full-day program housed at our elementary sites and transportation is provided for in-district students.
