FICA Refund

On March 14, 2018, a letter and consent form was sent to eligible employees on refunding fica on 3% health care fund during the years of 2014-2017. If you were eligible and sent back the consent form that gave the District the ability to request the refund from IRS, you will be receiving a reimbursement on your October 25 payroll for the year of 2014 refund.

We are estimating that the years 2015, 2016 & 2017 will most likely be refunded next year.
