CJHS Community Open House

Clarkston Community Schools invites alumni, families, and community members to a Community Open House at Clarkston Junior High School on Saturday, May 17, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. This historic building first opened its doors in 1961 as Clarkston High School (grades 9-12). After brief renovations, it became the middle school in 2000 (grades 6-8), and has served as the junior high (grades 8 & 9) since 2005.

As we begin the next chapter with a brand-new facility under construction on the same property, we’re offering one final chance to walk the halls, revisit memories, and bid farewell, especially to the original gymnasium, which will be demolished this summer as Phase 1 of the rebuild progresses.

Join us for a nostalgic afternoon as we honor the past and look ahead to the future!
