Free Breakfast & Lunch
Due to increased federal and state funding, all students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch this year. This essential program ensures that every student begins their day with a nutritious meal, supporting their educational journey with a focus on healthy eating habits. Beyond that, this will continue to relieve financial pressures on families and create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment for everyone.
Free 4-year-old Preschool
On July 23, 2024, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed a new education spending plan for 2025. The new plan will expand the current state-funded preschool program by increasing family income and qualifications. Additionally, effective in August, centers can offer free 4-year-old preschool to ALL families currently registered for the 2024/2025 school year and continue to accept all families, regardless of income, until our slots are filled!
