Qualified Staff
Each Funshine staff member has been carefully selected and trained.  We require a higher standard of certification than the law requires, which means our teachers are Michigan Certified or Child Development Specialists.  Our staff has current certification in CPR and First Aid.  They are involved in continuous staff development programs to keep up-to-date on the latest ideas in early childhood education.

Social Philosophy
We believe that children learn best through social interaction.  We have small classes that provide extensive opportunities for students to excel in active learning, small group play, music and computer activities.  Our caring staff helps to ensure each child's needs are met while helping students advance socially.

At Funshine we nurture each child's special character.  While feeding each child's love of learning, we instill a firm foundation in basic skills.
