RFP documents will be available electronically via email from jlkimmel@clarkston.k12.mi.us or afountain@lakeorion.k12.mi.us after 9:00am on Monday, April 29th, 2013. Any changes made to the RFP terms and specifications after the initial distribution will be emailed to all vendors on record as requesting the RFP documents. Vendors MUST provide an email address to participate in this RFP.

Vendor proposals will be accepted in the form noted below until Monday, May 13th, 2013 at 2:00pm at Lake Orion Community Schools Administration Building, located at 315 North Lapeer St., Lake Orion, MI 48362. Late bids will not be considered.

Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, May 13thth, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lake Orion Community Schools Administration Building address above.

Clarkston Community Schools and Lake Orion Community Schools will receive bids for the following, per the attached specifications:

INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT (IPM) SERVICES

Bid documents will be available electronically via email from jlkimmel@clarkston.k12.mi.us or afountain@lakeorion.k12.mi.us after 9:00am on Friday, August 17, 2012. If any changes are made to the specifications, an update will be emailed. Updates will be emailed to all bidders on record as requesting the bid documents electronically.

Bids should be emailed to jlkimmel@clarkston.k12.mi.us or afountain@lakeorion.k12.mi.us. Bids are to be submitted no later than Friday, August 24, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Late bids will not be considered. No oral, email, telephonic or telegraphic proposals shall be considered.

The Boards of Education reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or, for reasons of establishing uniformity, service time or preference, to award the contract to other than the low bidder. The contents of the Bid Specification and Bidder’s Response shall be incorporated into the contract, if a contract ensues.

CUSTODIAL CLEANING SUPPLIES

Sealed bids should be submitted to Clarkston Schools Facility Services, 6590 Middle Lake Road, Clarkston, Michigan 48346. Bids are to be submitted no later than Friday, June 29, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Late bids will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the close of receiving bids. No oral, email, telephonic or telegraphic proposals shall be considered.
