I graduated in 1999 from Albion College- Go Brits!- with a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching degree from the University of Michigan in 2003. I have lived and studied in Seville, Spain, and also Recife, Brazil. I have a passion for languages and travel, and I hope that I can pass some of it on to my students in the classroom! I have a very busy life outside of school, too! I am married to Chris, and we have two daughters, Micaela and Morgan, and a sweet little baby boy named Graham. We also have a fur baby- a miniature dachshund named Lucy! Chris and I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with our kids! We are both teachers and feel that we have the best profession in the world!
