This is my eighth year at Sashabaw Middle School. I teach Algebra, and Seventh Grade Math.  I am also the Math Department Chair at SMS. 

I graduated from Western Michigan University.  I have majors in both mathematics and computer science.  I have a Professional Secondary Teaching Certificate, which allows me to teach grades 6 through 12.  I earned a Master's Degree in Education with concentrations in K-12 and Postsecondary Leadership from MSU in December 2006.

In addition, I have written two middle school level math workbooks.  They are titled "Prealgebra" and "Probability and Statistics" and are published by Creative Teaching Press.
