I grew up in Clarkston and am a 2001 CHS grad.  I went on to play softball at Madonna University where I earned a BA in Spanish, with a minor in Political Science, as well as my teaching certification.  I spent a month studying in La Coruña, Spain and another month in Alicante, Spain.  I have spent two summers living in Cancun, Mexico while traveling around the Yucatan Peninsula. 

I love traveling with my husband, Cormac, and we spent two weeks this past summer in Europe. (Florence is beautiful!!)  I like taking weekend road trips and mountain biking.  I love having family dinners at my mom's (who still lives in Clarkston) and reading.
