2. Become a More Effective Board

• Investigate the benefits of two-year plans
• Continue to provide more public transparency
• Continue to utilize operating procedures for development of board cohesiveness
• Improve board meeting atmosphere
• Utilize revised agenda formats to provide for a more efficient meeting, business/workshop

3.  Balance the FY-13 Budget and Establish Long-Term Financial Stability.

• Establish necessary fund equity balance
• Eliminate need for cash borrowing
