I have been teaching in Clarkston Community Schools since November of 1990 and am priveleged to have stayed in elementary music, which is my goal.  I feel that music with elementary aged students is very important to their overall growth and love to hear the sound of young children singing.  I teach at Bailey Lake Elementary on Monday and Tuesday all day, as well as Wednesday morning.  Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and Friday, I teach at Springfield Plains Elementary.

Mr. Reed and I are parents of 2 awesome young adults.  Our daughter, her husband and 2 sons live in Troy.  Our newly married son teaches elementary music in Virginia.  We enjoy spending time with our children, gardening and living in the country.
