Mrs. Simecek ...

I am a Western Michigan University graduate and this is my 19th year of teaching.  After graduating from WMU I taught for four years in Kalamazoo. For my fifth year I moved over to the Metro Detroit Area and began teaching in Clarkston.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my years at Bailey Lake teaching third grade.  I love third grade. Children bring such happiness and smiles each and every day.  It's such a special treat to spend the year together.

My favorite past time is being a mom.  I have two wonderful boys, Benjamin and Nathan.  They keep me very busy.  We have had a wonderful summer.  We love playing outside, going to the zoo, swimming, reading, and visiting with friends and family.
