The US government is giving the Big 3 $17.4 billion in loans and they are even asking the Canadian government for loans, this is a problem because the BIg 3 will have over $17.4 billion in debt.

The employees can keep their jobs, loans will act like a bridge until Chrysler, Ford and GM can build their

Chrysler , Ford , and GM get their parts from the factory, Chrysler , Ford and GM don't have enough money so they have to lay off employies, then they go banktrupt , then the factory has to lay off workers because Chrysler , Ford and GM can't pay them, unemployed people begin poverty , the end.

 They do it to keep their own jobs,if they don't do it they can lose their jobs and then they won't get paid.

A

Most people have to borrow money to buy a car. Banks usually provide these loans. In the pastmany banks provided loans to many people who couldn't afford them. In the economic environment that we're in today many people are unable to pay back their old loans and the banks have made it harder for peopl to get new loans. As a result of this Big 3 car sales are down significantly.

Because Foregin auto makers don't have a union like the UAW they are able to make their cars for a lot less money and can sell them for less, unlike the UAW where it costs more to make a car because of their standardized work force they have to sell it for alot more.

People think that the heads of the companies have to aren't using their power wisely.

Also the gas prices rose so the cars that have a low MPG aren't selling well.
